At Fukurou LLC always place the safety and dignity of our beneficiaries at the forefront of the welfare services we provide. Under this principle, we consider the presence of the "Abuse Prevention Committee" to be of utmost importance. This committee was established with the goal of preventing abuse, detecting it early, and preventing its recurrence. In regular meetings, we review staff training content and evaluate service delivery methods. Additionally, we take the opinions of beneficiaries and their families seriously, continuously striving to improve the quality of our services. To ensure transparency, the committee's key activities are made public, and communication with all stakeholders is maintained closely. Through the Abuse Prevention Committee, we are committed to protecting the dignity and safety of our beneficiaries while striving to deliver high-quality services.

Kusatsu City Council for Children and Adults with Physical and Mental Disabilities
Our company's representative participates as a director in the Kusatsu City Association for the Mentally and Physically Disabled. Through this involvement, they are committed to maintaining, improving, and securing sustainable welfare resources while actively contributing to the local community.
